Wedding Day Management

You may be more familiar with the expression “day-of coordinator”, but trust us, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is your wedding. So our Wedding Day Management package starts 60 days out from your wedding date. This gives us time to get all the details gathered and help shore up any final decisions or loose ends. This package helps even the most organized couple carry out their detailed plans, as celebrating your love is your priority rather than worrying about setting up your decor, making sure your centerpieces are on the right tables, or the right song is playing for your first dance. To make your day as enjoyable and carefree as possible, our Wedding Day Management package includes:

• Initial meeting: Share the vision and any current details of your perfect day
• Vendor recommendations: Provide referrals for any vendors remaining to be booked 
• Email communication: Help with questions or provide professional advice during your planning process
• Details meeting: Two months out from your date we’ll meet to discuss all the planned details to-date and any next steps or remaining items to be done
• Floorplan design: Assist with creating the table set up for your venue spaces 
• Detailed timeline creation: We will create a personalized timeline for the entire day according to your specific priorities. Using our experience we will be able to provide timing guidance to ensure everything from the vows to the sendoff is enjoyed to the fullest
• Vendor communication: We will reach out to your vendors in order to provide the wedding day timeline, confirm booked services and hours, advise of any updates for the specific venue, and provide our contact information as we will be their point of contact on the wedding day
• Final venue meeting: Around 30 days out from your wedding date we’ll meet at your venue to finalize the floorplan with the venue coordinator  and confirm any venue related preferences and/or rentals
• Rehearsal coordination: We will assist with coordinating your rehearsal to ensure everyone involved in the ceremony knows their part
• Decor set up and strike down: We provide full setup for any decor you are providing prior to the beginning of the event as well as strike down services after the reception ends
• Vendor and wedding party management: On the wedding day we ensure that everyone in the wedding party is where they need to be in alignment with the timeline, as well as ensuring all vendors are kept up to date with the day’s events
• Timeline management: From the seating of the guests at the ceremony, to the toasts, to the send off, everything will be exactly as you envisioned so you can sit back and enjoy

Wedding Design – If your Pinterest board looks anything like mine, you have hundreds of ideas pinned, but you’re not exactly sure what your overall wedding design should look like. You might be struggling with decisions like: Accent metal color – gold or silver, or both; Linen colors and fabric options; Seating charts or escort cards; Signage choices; and so much more. With this package add-on, we will help you focus your vision by providing assistance with aesthetic choices during our design meetings. We will also attend your floral meeting, source rentals as needed, and complete a site visit to review our design choices at the venue.

Vendor Sourcing – You probably have a good idea of most of the vendors you need or want (caterer, bartender, florist, photographer, videographer, entertainment, bakery, decor rentals, photobooth, etc), but what is the best way to find great vendors? You need to verify they’re available for your date, understand what is or is not included in their services, determine what kind of experience past couples have had with that vendor, and ensure they fit within your budget. And honestly, who has time to do all that research? Me, I do! I’ll handle all of the above and present you with vendor options for each needed vendor so we can find the best vendor team for you.
