With all the decisions necessary to make your big day dreams come to life, planning can become overwhelming. Between venue choices, vendor selections, design aspects, budget management, and so much more, you may not know where to start or what to work on next. We can help you with all these choices, decisions, and next step items with this Full Planning package which includes:

• • Monthly meetings: To ensure that we’re always on the same page and staying on track with all the fabulous planning, we’ll get together every month during the planning process
  • Unlimited Communication: In between our monthly meetings we’ll communicate via email to stay on top of our task lists, answer questions, or provide guidance whenever needed
  • Venue selection: Many couples have a vision of the ambiance they want for their “I do’s”, and we know just where to find it! Whether rustic farmhouse or Gatsby 20’s ball is your style, we have worked with great venues that can bring your fairy tale to life. We will research and provide venue options for you to tour so you can decide on the perfect space
  • Vendor sourcing: There are so many awesome vendors ready to help you have a fantastic wedding, it can be overwhelming at times to find the best ones for you. We’ll use our industry connections and experience to provide vendor suggestions that align with your budget and style so you can make the best decision for your day
  • Contract review: We find the perfect venue or vendor and you’re ready to book them, but first…we’ll review over the presented contracts to verify all the big and little details needed from that vendor are included, to make sure everything’s covered
  • Design assistance: We will help you with all of the aesthetic choices that goes into making your wedding day vision come to life 
  • Budget management: You know the love you share doesn’t have limits, but most of our budgets do. We want to help make sure you keep to your financial goals during this exciting planning time. We work tirelessly to ensure that we know your priorities and how to make the most of your budget
  • Planning checklist management: With so many vendors, decisions, and deadlines, it can be hard to keep track of everything! We make sure no detail or decision goes outstanding and you have full view of the next items on the list
  • Plus everything that’s included in our Wedding Day Management package:
    • Floorplan design: Assist with creating the table set up for your venue spaces 
    • Detailed timeline creation: We will create a personalized timeline for the entire day according to your specific priorities. Using our experience we will be able to provide timing guidance to ensure everything from the vows to the sendoff is enjoyed to the fullest
    • Vendor communication: We will reach out to your vendors in order to provide the wedding day timeline, confirm booked services and hours, advise of any updates for the specific venue, and provide our contact information as we will be their point of contact on the wedding day
    • Final venue meeting: Around 30 days out from your wedding date we’ll meet at your venue to finalize the floorplan with the venue coordinator  and confirm any venue related preferences and/or rentals
    • Rehearsal coordination: We will assist with coordinating your rehearsal to ensure everyone involved in the ceremony knows their part
    • Decor set up and strike down: We provide full setup for any decor you are providing prior to the beginning of the event as well as strike down services after the reception ends
    • Vendor and wedding party management: On the wedding day we ensure that everyone in the wedding party is where they need to be in alignment with the timeline, as well as ensuring all vendors are kept up to date with the day’s events
